Joseph explained my type of hearing loss to me. And the hearing aids have been a revelation. Earlier this year I went to Teresa for a pair of sleep ear plugs. Unfortunately the company that manufactures the plugs lost them. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Both Teresa and Joseph are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about my hearing health. It was very daunting having to get a hearing aid at the age of 38 but they genuinely listened to my concerns and I felt very supported and reassured. Antibiotics tabs n drops. Lose of hearing Infection not clearing. Called Galway Hearing Care , Joseph was incredable, removed wax in both ears, removed fluid in middle ear. On inspection removed an old worn grommet.Advised to see GP to continue Antibiotic tablets n drops. To my great relief n surprise I could hear again.
